📍 Schedule
• Doors Open: 11:00 AM
• Registration: 11:00–11:30 AM (stop at the registration table first, check in, and get your contestant number)
• Pageant Begins: 12:00 PM sharp
Registration closes at 11:30—please don’t be late!

👗 Competition Lineup
1. Beauty Wear
• Listen for your age group to be called.
• Contestants line up in front of the judges—this is when Side Awards are determined.
• Judges may ask you to turn to show the back of your hair.
• Stay in line and head backstage for your individual walk.
Stage Format:
• Stop center stage in the back.
• 3 stops across the front (marked with Xs).
• Work the full stage—smile, make eye contact, and shine!

2. Halloween Wear 🎃👻
• Same process as Beauty Wear: line up in front of judges, then head backstage for individual walks.

🎶 Intermission
• Quick 15-minute break while we tally scores.
• Kids’ Monster Mash Fun during intermission! 🧛♀️

👑 Crowning
• Early Birds announced first.
• Age Division Crowning: Runner-Ups, Princess, and Queen.
This is a Crown-All Pageant—every contestant leaves with a crown!
• Contestants not called for division titles move to Supreme Row.
• Novice Supreme – 3rd highest score
• Mini Supreme – 2nd highest score
• Grand Supreme – Highest score in age breakdown
More contestants = More Supremes!

• Buddy & Me Supreme – $10
• Overall Mega Elite Supreme (Highest Overall Score) – $10
• Overall Elite Supreme (2nd Highest Score) – $10
• Overall Photogenic Supreme – $10

🆓 Free Supreme Titles
• Fan Favorite Supreme – most fans in attendance.
• People’s Choice Supreme – $1/vote, wins the largest crown + gift.
• Facebook FrightFace Supreme – most likes on their online photo.

• Encourage contestants to walk on their own—smiles > confusion!
• Stage is open until 11:45 AM for practice—ask staff or fellow contestants if unsure.
• Placement questions? Speak to staff privately. Remember: judges’ opinions vary, and pageants are about fun, confidence, and uplifting each other.
