Weep, Wail, Write

Join us in person for Weep, Wail, Write where Claudine Cheatem will share how writing and journaling can be powerful tools for processing grief and other emotions.

We will enjoy lunch from 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm& programing will be from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Journals and pens will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
