Writing in Bloom

Embrace the renewal energy of spring and write within the theme of blooming in Draft’s spacious Sunroom & Garden.

Guided prompts will be provided to spark inspiration, but you are free to write however you’d like — journaling, stream of consciousness, poetry, lyrics, fiction, essays. No experience needed. To be a writer is simply to write.

This is a safe and welcoming space for expression, open to women, nonbinary people, and non-men.

Sharing is encouraged but never required. You may read your work aloud or simply talk about what came up for you. Many participants find connection and inspiration in hearing others’ words.

An optional flower bar by Indy Flower Bouquet will be available during the social portion of the evening. Bouquets are sold separately from your writing ticket.

All writing materials are provided. Feel free to bring your own journal or pen if preferred.

We begin at 6:30 PM. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you’ll be late, send a quick email or DM.
