This is a 90 min session with 3 dope instructors. 30 min swap sessions to give you a full on, full body, fitness experience. The next class is January 12th at 7pm featuring Trap Boxing, Boss Chick Workout, and Zumba! Members attend for $10!!!!!!

ALL CLASSES ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY AND ALTHOUGH WE MARKET TO WOMEN, MEN AND KIDS (UNDER 10 MUST BE WELL BEHAVED) ARE WELCOMED!
