Sound Journey with Pam Blevins Hinkle

Close your eyes and get ready for deep relaxation. This sound journey is a full body listening experience that creates a serene space for renewal of body, mind, and spirit. Participants listen to soothing vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and more, creating a mesmerizing soundscape that triggers the "feel-good" chemicals in the body.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Comfort: Bring a yoga mat/blanket to lay on and another blanket so you don’t get cold. Bring anything else to support your comfort such as a pillow for head/knees. Eye masks will be provided.

Arrive Early: Arrive 15 minutes early so you are ready at the start time. Entry will not be permitted after 6 pm.
