Prepare for an electrifying night of smooth jazz as the legendary Grammy-nominated saxophonist Richard Elliot returns to Indianapolis! Known for his soulful tenor sax, powerhouse performances, and iconic zebra-striped instrument, Elliot is a true force of nature in contemporary jazz.

Los Angeles based saxophonist and composer Richard Elliot is widely considered one of the architects of urban contemporary jazz. After indulging his lifelong love of funk and R&B as a studio ace and spending five years as a member of Tower of Power, Elliot and his fat reedy tone began braiding soul, funk and hip-hop grooves with smooth jazz on his albums. His chart-topping albums have featured icons like Rick Braun, Mindi Abair, Gerald Albright and has toured with Dave Koz on multiple of occassions.
