Outpacing The Stigma 5K

Join us on October 18, 2025, for the 5th Annual Outpacing the Stigma 5K.

Together we’ll run, walk, and remember lives lost to overdose while raising awareness and support for families in recovery.

Drug overdose remains the leading cause of injury-related death in America. In 2024, the CDC reported that more than 220 lives were lost every day to overdose.

This year’s race supports Heart Rock Justus Family Recovery Center, one of the few sober living communities where moms in recovery can live and heal with their children. Heart Rock provides toddler-friendly housing and holistic recovery programs in Marion County, Indiana, helping women and children stay together throughout the recovery journey.
