Off the Record? A Conversation about Recording in the Workplace and in Litigation

During this two-hour CLE (with Ethics credits), we will discuss recording issues as they arise during the lifecycle of an employment dispute. Key topics include AI notetaking and recording for day-to-day matters, during workplace investigations, at the outset of an administrative claim, and during litigation.

In this program, we’ll discuss:

- The legal and ethical guardrails surrounding recording
- Best practices for implementing AI notetaking and recording tools
- Strategies for challenging the use of AI notetaking and recording by others

Attendees will collaborate on applying best practices to real-world scenarios and leave this program feeling confident in their understanding of the legal and ethical implications of recording and AI notetaking.
