Nature Club

Ellenberger Park is excited to announce the launch of our very first Environmental Education Program!

This free program, open to the public with required registration, for ages 6-17, is designed to inspire curiosity and foster a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Participants will engage in hands-on, interactive learning experiences that explore a variety of environmental topics.

Throughout the program, attendees will take part in weekly activities such as observing pollinators in action, watching butterflies develop in our facility, learning how to grow and care for plants, identifying native trees, studying local bird species, and even dissecting owl pellets to better understand food chains and ecosystems.

Join us as we explore, discover, and connect with nature together!
