Nathan Pfahler

Nathan Pfahler is a seasoned REALTOR with a passion for history, design, and exceptional homes. A proud husband to Jennifer and father to two boys, Camden and Corban, Nathan’s life is full of adventure, whether he’s playing with his two dogs, Nala and Jovie, or exploring new outdoor activities like hiking, tennis, and biking.

A Ball State University graduate in Marketing and PR, Nathan’s career began in kitchen and bath sales before expanding to the world of real estate in 2005. His diverse expertise includes working with top brands like Pella Windows and assisting investors and homeowners in crafting vision-driven remodels. Nathan’s true love lies in historic properties—he currently owns a charming historic home in Downtown Brownsburg, which he uses as a short-term rental, and has flipped several historic homes himself. His skills in design and spatial planning are unparalleled, and he’s dedicated to helping clients create spaces that reflect their dreams.

As a wine and bourbon aficionado, Nathan is all about savoring life’s finest moments, whether he’s exploring new flavors or hosting the “True Social Networking Experience - EAT+DRINK.” As a Lifestyle and Real Estate Expert and Host on American DreamTV, Nathan continues to inspire and educate others on the intersection of home, design, and community.
