Burrata Class -- Build-Your-Own Burrata

Join Tulip Tree Creamery at The Rejoicing Vine Winery for an interactive evening where you’ll shape, fill, and form your own burrata using our fresh mozzarella curd. Along the way, enjoy a guided tasting of our artisan cheeses with accoutrements, and sip your choice of a mocktail, a glass of wine, or a wine flight. You’ll also learn how to taste, serve, and pair cheeses like a cheese monger. Take your burrata home or enjoy it right there—either way, it’s an unforgettable night of cheese and community.
