🛵The Speedway Bombers Scooter Club host the annual "Border Wars" Oldenburg Ride. We will ride to Oldenburg, Indiana and meetup with the Gem City and Mighty Ohio scooter clubs where we take on the Village of Spires and the mighty Pipe Creek stream crossing. All scooters are welcome! 🙏
☕️Meet up at Wild Child Coffee Co (formally Coal House Coffee), 400 South Ritter Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, at 12:00 PM for light breakfast & coffee.
⏰Kickstands up at 1 PM.
👉Oldenburg will be a 45 minute stop that includes fuel, IGA deli made sandwiches and light snacks, and a group photo at the German maypole. All three clubs then share the road and visit Pipecreek stream crossing & waterfall, and beautiful rolling hills of Indiana.
👉You must have a scooter that can maintain a speed of 50-55 mph as we will be on US 52 (Brookville Rd.) for a large amount of time. This event will take approximately 5-6 hours to complete, 144 miles split up in two sections.
👉We can pick up any riders along US 52, just let us know where you want us to meet you-gas stations are always convenient locations. Route map is in the Discussion.
