2026 Open Friday Night Lights!

JOIN US for our Annual M4G Open Friday Night Lights! The theme this night is your M4G Pride (or if you are dropping in from another gym, your gym pride/colors).

What you need to know:
• Doors open at 3:30 PM — arrive early to warm up, hang out, and cheer on your friends

• Heats will run based on the workout time domain — the app will be updated each week for heat sign-ups

• NEW in 2026: Weekly Head-to-Head showdowns featuring one RX pair and one Scaled pair for some fun, friendly competition

• Come ready to have a blast — rep your M4G pride, throw down, cheer loud, and let’s fitness and party 💪🎉💜
