That’s why we’re excited to host Welcome Back Week for IUP students, faculty, and staff — a special event designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect through fitness, community, and coaching that supports your total well-being.

From late-night study sessions to early morning lectures, the semester gets busy fast. But this week, we’re giving you the space to focus on you.
