Double Dug Lasagna Bed Workshop

LCRAC Presents the first in a series of workshops. We begin with, Double Dug Lasagna Beds. While our soils here on Navajo/Hopi are rich in minerals we lack nutrients from organic matter.
Double Dug Lasagna Beds are a technique of introducing organic matter directly to your soil. The organic matter composts below the surface releasing their nutrients to feed your plants.

The workshop will be held at the Teesto Community Garden located at the Teesto Chapter House on October 20, 2025 from 10AM - 2PM MDT.

Expect some cool weather so please dress accordingly, Bring your own water bottle if possible.
