Joint Annual Meetings

Join us for our Annual Homeowners Meeting, a joint meeting of the Main Board and Townhome Board. We’ll cover board nominations and elections, community updates, and a high-level overview of the 2026 budget.

This meeting is an important opportunity to get involved—whether by attending, volunteering, or running for a board seat. There are many ways to help with minimal time commitment, and every bit of participation makes a difference.

Light refreshments will be provided. Proxy forms will be mailed to homeowners who are unable to attend in person.
