Cardiac arrest is the #3 cause of death in the U.S., and most emergencies happen outside the hospital. Learning CPR gives you the power to act fast and save a life.
In this course, you’ll learn:
• Adult, child, and infant CPR
• How to use an AED
• How to recognize cardiac arrest
• How to help someone who is choking
• Hands-on practice with CPR manikins and real equipment
This class is perfect for workplace responders, outdoor enthusiasts, teachers, childcare providers, and anyone who wants to be prepared in an emergency. No experience needed.
Participants will receive an official American Heart Association Heartsaver® CPR AED eCard (valid for 2 years).
