Sound Bath in Hammocks

Experience the sensation of weightlessness in a yoga hammock as Lauren and Nolen surround you with a live spatial sound journey. This immersive sound healing session helps guide you into a deeply meditative state—promoting both physical relaxation and mental clarity.

One blanket per person will be provided. Please bring extra blankets, a pillow or other neck support if you'd like. Doors are at 6:30pm, please come early to get set up. We start promptly at 7:00pm.
