A decade ago, the Camarilla ruled Kansas City with cold tradition and hidden knives. Then came the flames—the Anarch Revolution. The ivory towers burned, and the city was declared free.

But freedom has a cost.

Now, whispers echo from beneath the West Bottoms. Old Kindred names are scrawled on crumbling walls. Blood dealers vanish without a trace. Specters stalk the River Market. And someone—or something—is stirring in the dark.

The Summit has called for unity, but not all voices are loyal. Not all ghosts stay dead. And not all power was destroyed.
