Free sampling event at Ozarks Farm Stop:

Do you know about Springfield's new all-local grocery store? Ozarks Farm Stop features local farmers and artisans in a very cute retail store right downtown. It's like shopping at a farmer's market, but inside a grocery store.

Thursday (18th) we will be sampling some of our favorite herbal tea for this season, plus the amazing Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. We'll be there to chat and share health information as well. So, if you're in the area please come by and check out the new store! You're sure to find something special there, and we'd love to see you!
