Come snag a $50 or $150 flash tattoo and help raise funds for Kansas City Bulldog Rescue—40% of all tattoos go directly to the pups in our care!

🔥 Flash sheets include fan-favorites from last year, spooky Friday the 13th designs, AND some fresh ink ideas—NOT just dog-themed
🐶 Meet adoptable fosters and alums (come love on some squishy faces)
🎨 Face painting & temporary tattoos for kids from 11AM–1PM
