February’s Heritage & Harvest Supper celebrates the enduring traditions of the American South through the lens of Willamette Valley terroir. This five-course, family-style dinner tells a story of migration, adaptation, and the persistent memory of ancestral foodways. Our plant-forward philosophy honors Winter Green Farm greens and local orchards, with optional regional additions that showcase the best of the Pacific Northwest.
