Handbuilt Berry Colanders w/Karen Pride

Explore the fundamentals of handbuilding with clay while crafting a beautiful and functional colander for washing berries and other foods. This beginner-friendly class provides all of the essentials, including tools, clay, glaze and firing. You will learn a new skill and bring home a new handcrafted colander for your kitchen!

Karen Pride is a ceramist, photographer and chef living in Portland, OR. She has been working with clay for 9 years and loves creating functional pottery that elevates the experience of dining and cooking. Karen makes pottery in her backyard studio and sells her work through her website.
