Slow Flow Yoga in the Sunflowers

I am once again hosting a yoga class surrounded by the beautiful sunflowers at Sunflower & Swallow. And this year, you have the choice between two dates: Thursday Sept 4th at 6:30 or Sunday September 7th at 1:30.

Spend 45 minutes connecting with your breath as we move through a slow flow class. From there, participants have the option of picking and building their own beautiful bouquets of sunflowers (this is an addition cost per flower).

There will be a maximum of 20 participants per class, so book your spot soon. Last year this event sold out.
