Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a fun, lower intensity class with easy to follow adapted Zumba® choreography. Featuring rhythms such as Cha -Cha, Rock and Roll, Tango, Flamenco and Belly Dance. Focus is on balance, range of motion and coordination. Suitable for all levels particularly suited to older adults and beginners. Wear comfy clothes you can move easily in and bring some water.
