Women's Health Hour - Healthy Relationships during the Menopause

You are invited to join the next women's health hour, where we will be exploring Healthy Relationships during the Menopause, with Lesley from Relationship Therapy North.

The menopause can bring with it many challenges - physical, mental and emotional changes that can have profound impacts on relationships and connections. This talk is aimed to not only let participants discuss experiences but to also design strategies to help.

Lesley is an integrative psychotherapist - which means she uses a range of different theories to help explore and deal with issues presented by her individual, couple and group clients. She works for Relationship Therapy North, which is the new name for Relate Cross Pennine, based in Keighley but covering Lancashire and West Yorkshire. Lesley is hoping to open a Harrogate branch of the charity soon. She has a master's in both contemporary relationship studies and psychosexual therapy and also runs her own private practice focussing on couples counselling and sex therapy.

This is an interactive session, so please come along with your own questions/ advice / suggestions on what makes a healthy relationship during the Menopause.
