Self defence evening, Ilkley

If you are a woman who enjoys the outdoors but perhaps feels vulnerable walking or running alone, then this class is for you!
Join us for an evening of self defence with our expert instructor Marianna. You will learn some basic moves along with information about the legalities of defending yourself from the threat of an attack.
The session will take place at The Clark Foley Community Hub, Cunliffe Road, Ilkley at 7pm on Wednesday the 19th of November 2025.
Dress code is comfortable gym style clothing and closed trainers - no jewellery please.
Please bring water.
A short form will be sent for you to complete ahead of the session to gather any relevant medical details etc.
After the class there will be the option to join us for a drink in Ilkley.
£15 per person.
