LIFELINE “out of the shadows walk for suicide”
📅 Date: Saturday Sept 13th
📍 Location: Walk - Alex Headlands (7am)
Launch Event - Ilkley (1-4pm)
Tickets: prices for the event - $30 per adult and $5 per child
$10 from every adult ticket will be donated to “out of shadows walk”
Limited numbers - we are also looking for 4 - 6 blue card holders or child care workers who would offer to volunteer to watch children and get their ticket for FREE
At our first event, we’ll:
Connect and share in a safe, welcoming environment
Hear an empowering talk on this movement and why single mamas need our help
Enjoy drinks, snacks, and real conversation (the kind you don’t have to filter)
Leave feeling lighter, inspired, and a little less alone
Whether you’re here for friendship, advice, or simply to be in a room with people who understand - you belong.

Welcome to the Single Mama Support Circle – a place where you don’t have to do it all alone.
We hope there are more than single mamas here, and women from all walks of life.
This is more than a group, it’s a safe, uplifting community for women to come together and support women and children navigating single motherhood with courage, grit, and heart. Here, you’ll find understanding, encouragement, and practical support from women who truly get it, as well as women wanting to be apart of the GIFT ECONOMY and be of service to something purposeful.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
You're a single mum and want to feel part of something beautiful (and supported when you need it most).
You're someone who can cook a meal, a coffee, drop off a gift, donate $20, fold a load of washing, or simply pray for another mama.
You’ve been the one in need - and you’ve also been the one who wanted to give more,
Core Purpose:
To create a reciprocal, intentional support space where:
Women can give and receive without shame or strings.
Each fortnight, one mother is nominated and supported by the community.
You don't need to be a single mother to join, but at this stage to receive you will! (plans for expansion in the future).
Maybe you have been a single mother in the past, maybe your mother or your best friend was and this topic weighs heavy on your spirit.
