Zephyr's Yoga Circle - with Isabel at the Luna Shala

We are pleased to introduce a new yoga session for mothers bereaved through pregnancy loss or the death of a baby or child.

Led by Isabel at her Luna Shala yoga space in Ilkeston, these sessions will alternate with Hannah's Yoga Circle in Sherwood.

Zephyr's Yoga offering gives you a calming and meditative opportunity to relax and connect with yourself and others.
