  2. Event Cancellation/Reschedule: If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to the inclement weather, ticket holders will be notified, and the paid tickets can be used as a credit towards a future event, food, or other services provided by the discretion of SBAT.
  3. Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. The event organizers must be notified of the transfer at least 24 hours before the event.
  4. Force Majeure: The event organizers are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other events beyond their control. Future credits in such cases will be considered but are not guaranteed.
  5. Partial Attendance: No partial refunds will be issued for attendees who leave early or do not participate in all activities.
  6. Free Activities: Free activities are available at the event, but these are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
