A Gathering & Summit is a strategic and soul-rooted convening for women and people of marginalized genders who are craving the opportunity to meet and share space with other leaders rooted in their communities, too. The event is driven by leaders already impacting their communities and the value of coming together in shared wisdom, collective disruption, and radical care.
This is more than an event. In fact, many events like it are happening all over the world. We are part of a living, breathing movement of cultivating spaces where we are able to gather as community leaders, not just to talk about systems change, but to explore opportunities to expand and build systems together from the inside out with people and community well-being at the center.
This event is part of a movement where we recognize human existence thrives as an ecosystem. We are leaders that dare to reimagine how leadership, belonging, power, and resource-sharing can feel and function. Together, we will lay the foundation for a new type of interconnected community rooted in radical care, shared leadership, and collective creation.
In a world still shaped by extraction, colonized societal rules and systems, patriarchy and hierarchy, and fragmentation, we are creating the conditions for something entirely different:
- Leadership that centers interdependence, reciprocity, and shared relational wisdom.
- Strategic alignment rooted in emergent collaboration, not performative networking.
- A community-based infrastructure for resource and wisdom sharing, ecosystemic solutions to community and people based concerns, and long-term impact within our communities and across the globe.
This is an opportunity to experience what it truly feels like to immerse yourself in an interconnected community and to explore how we can bring this “deeper revolution” into our everyday lives and leadership practices. We will return to our communities with tangible tools to transform our communities, not through control, but through relational power and collaborative design.
We will be cultivating spaces for shared leadership, regional and national community connections, and opportunities to work with each other as experts across industries, professional fields, and community impact goals.
