Spring Dance Concert

Please join us as the Idyllwild Arts Dance Department presents their annual Spring Dance Concert! This performance will feature elements from the Paul Taylor Dance Company, thanks to an ongoing masterclass with Patrick Corbin, funded by Arts Enterprise Laboratory. Patrick Corbin is an Associate Professor of Dance at USC and former Paul Taylor Dance Company dancer, who has been working with the Idyllwild Arts dancers on Paul Taylor technique and teaching them excerpts from Paul Taylor's piece, Mercuric Tidings. The Spring Dance Concert will also feature The Little Mermaid, an entertaining one-act dance story combining ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and modern dance.
