Meet your retreat faciliator,

Brooke Hall is a trauma-informed certified Breathwork Facilitator and Master Life Coach based in San Diego. Her work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we stop looking outside of ourselves for the answers and start searching within. Brooke believes that healing isn’t about fixing—it's about remembering who you are underneath the conditioning, fears, and survival patterns. Her mission is to guide others back home to themselves, helping them rediscover their voice, their power, and their deepest desires.

Since 2019 Brooke has been hosting women’s gatherings, creating safe spaces for connection, healing and self-exploration. Through this work, she has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of women coming together- to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. She believes deeply in the magic that unfolds when women gather in sacred spaces.
