Y'all ready to get down at the Tin Cup enduro trail again?!
Like last year we've got a hell of a weekend planned for you guys with free primitive camping, the twenty mile Tin Cup enduro loop, races, a go-fast parts raffle, moto games, trophies, and more!
The party begins Friday where we'll meet up at base camp, get some trail riding in, get a good communal bonfire roaring, swap stories, and probably some night rides (make sure ya got headlights)!
Saturday morning we'll meet up for the rider's meeting at 9AM and then we'll do a group ride on the entire twenty mile enduro loop! If you've never ridden Tin Cup, it's a single track trail that's full of tight turns, elevation changes, rocks, roots, and whoops BUT it is an absolute riot and super scenic this time of year!
Once we get back from the group ride we'll take a break so everyone can eat and do bike maintenance, and then the races begin! We've got a good variety of races planned, but how many we run depends on what time we all get back from the group ride.
After the races we've got a long jump competition, keg rolls, and some other moto shenanigans planned followed up by raffle winner announcements and awards around the bonfire!
As stated before there's free primitive camping and no entry fee for racing, but you do need to fill out a dispersed camping form to stick at your tent as we'll be on state land. There's no running water or electricity, so come prepared, haha. We will have a public toilet tent you can use however.
The day before the event we will post the coordinates for base camp, but if you want to get an idea of where it's at you can search Tin Cup ORV Trailhead and we're about a ten minute drive from there.
There is a gas station about ten minutes from base camp should you need snacks, drinks, or gas. If you need to do actual food or gear shopping, Baldwin is about 20 minutes away.
The Tin Cup loop, our base camp, and surrounding trails are all on state land, so you should have current ORV tags. Helmets are required and ankle covering footwear, gloves, and goggles are recommended.
And last but not least, while we are a minibike oriented group, this IS a run what ya brung event. Bring your pitbikes, dirtbikes, quads, gokarts, trikes, mud/drag mowers, and whatever that crazy thing your uncle built is along for the weekend! That said, only two wheel units will fit on the enduro loop with it being single track, but there are a TON of surrounding trails to have fun on!
