The Heartful Adizes Leadership Foundations program is a 3-day immersive retreat designed to create future-ready leaders by blending inner transformation with organizational strategy.
Day 1- The agenda is structured to first focus on the Inner Leader through guided Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation to build mental clarity and emotional resilience concurrently introducing the foundational Adizes principles such as the four PAEI roles for management.
Day 2 shifts to organizational dynamics and change mastery incorporating the Heartfulness Inner Cleaning practice for stress release while providing practical tools for constructive conflict management effective team dynamics and ensuring implementation success through the CAPI framework and Perception of Reality (PoR).
Day 3 The program culminates by focusing on integration and sustainable impact guiding participants to build a high-performance Culture of Mutual Trust & Respect align personal values with business goals and establish a lifelong daily practice for sustained wisdom integrity and compassionate leadership.
Refund and Adjustment Policy – Heartfulness Institute of Leadership
Fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future program within the same financial year if requested in writing and subject to availability.
If a program is cancelled by the Heartfulness Institute of Leadership due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed by email and the full program fee will be refunded.
Transaction charges deducted by banks or payment gateways are retained by the processing institutions and therefore cannot be refunded.
The Institute is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants or sponsoring organizations.
