This November, at Speak-Up Club's Open Mic, join us for a 🌈 judgment-free evening where people of all ages and backgrounds come together to share, listen, and connect.

Let’s share our stories of pain — physical, emotional, or mental — and more importantly, the 🌿 practices and paths that helped you find your way to Being Well, caring for mind, body, and spirit in ways that feel true to you.

🎤 Whether you’d like to tell a story, read a poem, sing, reflect on your journey, or share what helps you stay grounded, this is a space where every voice is valued.

✨ No stage experience needed — just the willingness to own your story and show up as you are.

You never know how your words might inspire someone. 💛

✨ We all carry stories that shape us — some heavy, some healing, all human.

✨ Virtual or In-Person, Come to express, stay to experience. 

✨ Come however you are — we'll take care of your well-being!

Ground Rules

- You will get 3-4 mins to perform (Extra time is subject to meeting schedule)

- You own rights to your work & performance. Speak-Up Club holds rights to performance recording and may share on our social media handles.

- Your performance may not include racist sexist religion or political remarks in a derogatory manner.

- Park opens at 4pm. You can explore the park connect with nature & experience the bliss until we begin.

- Open Mic starts at 4.30pm and plan to close by 5.30pm due to lowlight post sunset.

- Dressing: Comfortable Casual Wear & walking-friendly footwear.

- In case of rain registered participants will be informed about nearby indoor venue.

Speak-Up Club is an initiative by Living Life. Living Life has been conducting life-skills programs since 2005. Speak-Up Club was launched online on 23 May 2020 as a platform to bring diverse people on a single platform and build perspectives on various life-skills. We have conducted 250+ sessions virtually over the past 5.5 years attended by 1000+ participants from across 16 countries globally and multiple cities in India. In 2024 we started offline Meet-ups beginning with Hyderabad India.

Unlike the regular Open Mics our meetings are focussed with a theme and audience take stage and express themselves around the theme in different forms. There are no barriers to language gender or age. The purpose we are focused on is to build offer a platform to express oneself and experience the perspectives others have to share on the theme.
