Refund Policy

No Refund Policy — Samvidhan Shakti Run

All registrations for the Samvidhan Shakti Run are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By completing the registration and making payment, the participant acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined below:

1. Binding Purchase - Once a ticket or registration is purchased, it constitutes a confirmed entry to the event. No cancellations or reimbursements will be entertained, regardless of personal, medical, or travel-related reasons.
2. Force Majeure and Event Changes - In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, law-and-order issues, or other events beyond the control of the organizers, the event may be rescheduled, reformatted (including virtual conduct), or canceled. In such cases, the registration fee will not be refunded but may, at the organizer’s discretion, be adjusted against a future event.
3. Participant Substitution or Transfer - Registrations are issued in the participant’s name and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
4. Ticket Resale Prohibition - Any attempt to sell or exchange tickets for monetary gain or barter will render the entry invalid and subject the registrant to disqualification.
5. Organizer’s Liability - The organizing committee of Samvidhan Shakti Run shall not be liable for any financial or material loss suffered due to non-attendance, disqualification, or event postponement.
6. Acknowledgment of Terms - By proceeding with the registration and ticket purchase, participants explicitly agree to this no refund policy and waive the right to dispute payment or demand compensation, except in cases of organizer error during payment processing.
