The Department of Communication, University of Hyderabad, is celebrating World Photography Day 2025 on 19th and 20th August, 2025
On this occasion, the Department is organising a Photo Contest – 2025, and also a Photo Exhibition from 19th to 23rd Aug 2025.
In today’s technological world, everyone with a mobile phone camera in hand is a Photographer, not to speak of those having DSLRs and mirrorless cameras.
On this premise, the Department of Communication, University of Hyderabad, is organising a Photo Contest to encourage the students (UG & PG) to observe, enjoy, capture with the camera and share the glimpses of the moments of nature and the society around them.
With this aim, we request all the Departments and schools of the University of Hyderabad to circulate the poster below through social and other media to the students and encourage them to send the entries.
Students can click on the QR code to see the terms and conditions and also to submit the entries.
Non-students may also send entries. If selected, photos will be displayed in the Photo Exhibition. They will receive a participation certificate also.
