Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of visit

A full refund will be issued to the original source account.

2. Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the date of visit

Guests will have the option to:

• Postpone their booking to a future date (within 6 months), subject to availability, or
• Choose an alternative destination from a list of specific Nalaland locations.

3. Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of visit

No refund, rescheduling, or transfer of booking will be allowed.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to join the trip or do not inform us in advance:

• No refund, postponement, or transfer will be possible.
• Please notify us as early as possible if you are unable to attend.

5. Special Conditions

In case of government-imposed lockdowns, pandemics, or natural calamities:

• You may reschedule your booking to a future date within one year.
• No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
• Final decisions on cancellations, refunds, or amendments due to exceptional circumstances rest solely with Nalaland.

6. Refund Processing

• To initiate a cancellation or rescheduling request, please email us at contact@nalaland.in with your booking details.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days of receiving your written cancellation request.
• Cancellations made on weekends or public holidays will be considered on the next working day.
• All Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 working days
