Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Le Startups Confluence

At Le Confluence, we strive to deliver high-impact events that create real value for our participants. If you're unable to attend, please refer to the policy below:

Full Refund (100%)

Available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the event (i.e., by 11:59 PM on 22nd June 2025 for the 29th June event).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Partial Refund (50%)

Available if cancellation is requested between 6 to 3 days before the event (i.e., from 23rd to 26th June 2025).
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

No Refund

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event (after 26th June 2025) are not eligible for a refund.
However, tickets can be transferred to another individual with advance notice (please inform us at least 24 hours before the event via email).

Premium Pass Holders

No refunds will be issued once digital assets such as the pitch deck templates, investor access PDFs, or startup credits have been delivered.

How to Request a Refund

Please write to us at events@leconfluence.com with your registered email ID and ticket details. All eligible refunds will be processed as per the above timelines.
