Combining principles and practices of 'Heartfulness' and 'Nonviolent Communication' [developed by Dr Marshall Rosenberg], the HC program offers tried and tested tools that nourish connection, efficiency, and collaboration.

The workshop will be conducted by Liz Kingsnorth, Global Director of Heartful Communication, with a team of experienced facilitators. Liz has been based in India for the past 18 years. In UK, she was founding Director of a company offering organisation consultancy, leadership coaching, training and counselling. She is a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and a Heartfulness Meditation trainer.
