Active Games workshop by Leaping Frogs for 6-10YRS

In this playful exercise session, children will discover how amazing their bodies can be! Through energetic drills, team games, and playful challenges, they’ll learn to move with confidence, try new things, and cheer each other on. With simple reflection tools, children also practice calming their minds and understanding their feelings. Each game is designed to grow inner strength - not for medals or trophies, but for confidence, courage, and kindness. By the end, children feel strong in their bodies, steady in their minds, and open in their hearts - ready to take on new adventures, on and off the field.

Gunveer Singh Randhawa is a strength and conditioning coach at Leaping Frogs who helps children grow into confident, resilient, and well-rounded athletes. With international training and years of experience, he focuses on building strong bodies, steady minds, and healthy habits that last. Gunveer believes sport is not just about winning — it’s about character, courage, and learning to rise after every fall.
