We are going back to the Margaritaville Resort! The renovations weren't quite complete at our Nov. 2024 event, so they are offering a one-time HUGE discount on the hotel guest rooms to entice us back!
Our theme night will be "WILD WILD WEST" -- don your flannels, hats, cowboy boots, etc. for extra raffle tickets and a chance to win a prize! (participation optional of course!!)
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is due with the registration form, or payment in full, to save your spot and the balance is due Sept 1. (NOTE: PAYMENT AFTER SEPT. 1 WILL INCUR A $25 LATE FEE) Payment can be made via Paypal (

Hotel Room Reservations: ** Rooms are available to book online. Emails were sent on Jan. 28 with instructions to book.
* Rates are $99/night plus taxes (14.45%)
* 3rd/4th Person-an additional surcharge of $20.00 plus tax per night will be added
* There is a nightly (discounted) "Destination Fee" of $10.00 per room, per night.
* Reservations are due no later than Oct. 20, 2025, but may sell out well in advance of this date so please make reservations asap.
* A deposit of one night’s room rate plus occupany tax is required per room to confirm reservations.
