If you are going full Circle, we’ll begin with our Sunrise Circle at 7:45am — a grounding blend of intention-setting, breathwork, journaling, and movement to awaken your body and spirit. From there, you’re free to flow into:

Dr. Yoo Lee Kwon, licensed acupuncturist and women’s health specialist, will guide us in a short hormone-balancing acupressure practice during Circle.
Afterward, you’ll have the chance to experience ear seeding sessions ($25 on-site), a non-invasive, needle-free practice using Swarovski crystal ear seeds to reduce stress, support sleep, boost mood, and encourage balance + clarity.
