If you’re brand new to yoga, or you’ve practiced before and want a slower, more supportive way back, this Intro to Yoga workshop is for you.
This is a 90 minute, small group experience designed to help you feel comfortable and confident before stepping into regular classes.
We’ll move slowly and cover the foundations in a calm, relaxed environment.
You’ll learn:
• basic poses, transitions, and breath techniques
• how to use props for support and comfort
• what to expect in our regular classes and how to choose the right fit for you
Cost: $20 per person
Bonus:
