👨👩👧 What Counts as a “Family”
For reunion cost purposes, a family = one household (parents/guardians + children under the same roof).
• Example: Aunt + Uncle + kids = 1 family
• Cousin + their kids = 1 family
• Single adult = 1 family
If we exceed 25 families, the smallest households will be merged together so the total cost stays balanced and fair.
