Sound of Community: A FREE Sound Bath Gathering for Fall Equinox

Join for a Fall Equinox sound bath designed to honor balance, release, and renewal all while immersed in nature.

The Fall Equinox invites us to gather to honor the perfect equilibrium of equal parts day and night, and embrace the transitions upon us: leaves changing color, the temperature slowly dropping, and an increased need for r e s t as less sunlight greets us throughout the day.

This event is free and open to the public. RSVP by getting a free ticket. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow (and a friend!).

Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for rest, relaxation, meditation, and deep healing. Sound baths allow us to have extended time in parasympathetic mode to reach blissful levels of rest, relaxation, and calm.

A sound bath offers an array of physical and spiritual healing responses:

• Deep levels of relaxation
• Pain relief
• Anxiety and stress relief
• Release of muscle tension and emotional blocks
• Improved circulation, digestion, and focus
• Release of stored toxins
• Deeper Mind, Body, Spirit connection

Please arrive to the venue 10 minutes prior to the advertised time to select a mat, use the restroom, and get comfortable. This ensures the entire group can start together at the advertised time. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

We’ll be lying on the floor for most of the session. Yoga mats , blankets, and pillows are provided but you may bring your own if you wish. (Sleep masks are optional but nice to have).

Feel free to to bring optional sentimental items to carry with you through the sound journey:

• Stones
• Crystals
• Prayer beads
• Photos, etc.

DISCLAIMER: Sound baths are not recommended for people with pacemakers, metal devices in the body, low blood pressure, epilepsy/seizures, or people in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Please hydrate before and after the sound bath for maximum benefit.

Numbness, tingling, lightheadedness, itching, slight nausea, and changes in mood or emotional state are all common symptoms after a sound bath. Please consult your physician if these feelings don’t subside. Appropriate for ages 13+.
