Rise and Shine (But Earlier) -- Bus Stop Coffee Long Run
Do ya need a Sunday long run because you wanna do the parkrun? Or maybe you're a glutton for miles. Who am I to judge? We'll do five miles from Bus Stop and then join the regular Rise and Shine crew for five more. Different routes so we won't get bored, promise.
