(Re)connecting with Pleasure: Opening the doors to your sexual self

Discover the many faces of pleasure! An introductory journey into claiming—and reclaiming—sexuality through creative expression.

In this 2-hour art therapy group, participants will learn about the different facets of pleasure while exploring their own experiences through creativity. This introductory workshop will make space to reflect on the role of pleasure in our lives and be the groundwork for a deeper exploration of sexual wellbeing in the future.
