Monthly Contact Jam

All,
I'm excited to announce that regular contact improv classes and jams are back. Balancing schedules can be tumultuous, but I know that this dance form has been incredibly impactful to me and those within our community. Thus, the jam must go on. Right now, I have the capacity to facilitate a monthly jam, where I can lead some embodiment and skill-building activities at the beginning,donation-based, followed by an open jam. One time that works well is on Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm. Come wake up and be a part of the community. Drop in whenever you can. I appreciate you all and hope to see you at this donation-based/free event. Please comment and share to get more people interested in this unique shared balance and creative dance form. It's a lot of fun to challenge your mobility, mindfully control your body, redefine dance movement, and create a sacred, shared, safe space. Movement is medicine.
